Interior is really coming along!

They started putting up the trim and installing the cabinetry this week and should be finished by tomorrow. We peeked in the window and the kitchen cabinets look great, and the fireplace trim is up. Looks like the interior doors are installed too! The tile will be installed Tuesday or Wednesday and the Counter tops go in Friday. Painting is scheduled for Friday through the following Wednesday (April 1st). Estimated closing is still the week of April 13th!

About a month to go!!

The basement floor was poured last Monday after some weather delays (lots of rain and mud made it hard to work out by the houses). The drywall is complete as well. On Wednesday of this week they are priming and the trim is being delivered. The cabinets and trim will be put in Thursday through Monday, with the painting starting on 26th. Things are starting to move along and we are getting very excited!! No pics this week - Linda the sales rep tried to walk us through but it was too muddy to get to the door. Maybe next weekend. :) Estimated closing is the weekend of April 13. Scott will be getting a house for his birthday!
